M.A.D.E. was founded by brothers Sam and Theo Hill. The Hill brothers

were both Chicago High School basketball standouts, and also enjoyed successful

collegiate and professional careers abroad; with Sam being a high draft pick of the

NBA's Dallas Mavericks. 

SAM HILL

For over 6 years, Sam Hill served as a professional basketball player. In 1987,

Sam was a high draft pick by the NBA Dallas mavericks. Sam succeeded his 6-year

professional career playing for various European and Asian countries. During his off

summer seasons, he co-founded the "Hill's Shoot Your Best Shot" youth basketball camp

which is committed to creating a positive reinforcement of education and sports in the

inner city youth.

Because of his vision and expertise in the sports field, Reebok International

commissioned him in 1995 to represent the teams sports sales and marketing division.

His territory included the state of Indiana and Southern Illinois. He helped organize the

first company sponsored basketball clinic for "big men". For the past 5 years.

Sam Hill has been the Executive Director of the Boy's and Girls Club of Michigan City.

Indiana.

During his career he co-founded the 1st annual "3 on 3 by the Lake", which turned out

to be the largest and most successful tournament of it's kind.Sam is often requested to

sponsor and/or speak at coaching and athletic seminars across the Midwest.

From his experiences, Sam was inspired, and has become active in launching

an awareness program - "Use Sports. Don't Let Sports Use You",  Sam has a B.A.

degree in Physical Educational and a minor in Communication Studies from

lowa State University.

THEO HILL

For over 5 years. Theo Hill served as a professional basketball player in various countries

around the world. During his professional career. Theo was and still is in high demand to

speak at motivational clinics and basketball camps for youth. Theo also held basketball

clinics and seminars in the various countries in which he played. These camps have been held in the inner city of Chicago and Midwest Indiana.

Theo's profound commitment to the positive influence of our youth stems from his own personal experiences growing up in the inner city, and turnung his n

negatives into positives. His experiences have now led him to become a positive role model for youth in every community.

In 1999, following his successful basketball career, Theo began a successful banking career at The

Northern Trust Co. Theo's vast knowledge of the banking

industry and hard work was greatly recognized in his numerous awards given to him

while working at The Northern Trust Co.

Theo Hill has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the College of Dupage, 

and a BA in Business Management  from Eastern New Mexico University.
