For over 5 years Theo Hill served as a professional basketball player in various countries around the world. Theo has been a motivational speaker in the Midwest and various locations for youth camps. His profound commitment to the positive influence of our youth stems from his own personal experiences growing up in the inner city. His experiences have now led him to become a positive role model for youth in every community.
Theo also has a successful banking career at the Northern Trust Co.Theo's vast knowledge of the industry & hard work was recognized in his numerous awards given to him while working at The Northern Trust Co.
SAM HILL | CO-FOUNDER
For over 6 years, Sam Hill served as a professional basketball player. In 1987, Sam was a high draft pick by the NBA Dallas Mavericks. During his off summer seasons, he co-founded the "Hill's Shoot Your Best Shot" a basketball camp that created positive reinforcement of education and sports in the inner city youth.
Sam Hill has been the Executive Director of the Boy's & Girls Club of Michigan City, Indiana. During his career he co-founded the 1st annual "3 on 3 by the Lake", which turned out to be the most successful tournament of it's kind. From his experiences, Sam was inspired, and has become active in launching an awareness program -"Use Sports. Don't Let Sports Use You".
